Description

Description:
Provide access to the ELP Dashboard for users with the Manager role. Managers should be able to view the same ELP dashboard data and analytics based on the organizations, schools, or students assigned to them.

Acceptance Criteria:

Enable ELP Dashboard access for Manager accounts.
Display dashboard data only for the manager's assigned organizations/schools.
Ensure all dashboard metrics and charts load correctly.
Apply role-based access control to prevent unauthorized data access.
