Overview

Implement automatic FluentEdge platform access for students after successful payment on the FEGO platform and ensure students receive Learner access instead of Admin access.

Description

After a student completes payment on the FEGO platform, the student should automatically receive login access to the FluentEdge platform.

Currently, students are being assigned Admin access. This needs to be updated so that all paid students are assigned Learner access only.
Requirements

Payment-Based Access

• After successful payment:

  • Automatically create a FluentEdge student account
  • Generate login access credentials
  • Assign Learner-level permissions

Role Assignment Changes¶

Existing Issue

• Students are currently assigned Admin access in FluentEdge

Required Change¶

• Change student role assignment from:

  • Admin
  • To Learner

• Remove all admin-level permissions for paid students

Student Access¶

Students should be able to access:

• Learner Dashboard
• Courses
• Tests
• Learning Modules

Students should not have access to:

• Admin Dashboard
• Admin Controls
• Management Permissions

Validation

• Only paid students should receive FluentEdge access
• Prevent duplicate account creation
• Existing users should map correctly
• Ensure all new students are assigned Learner access only

Expected Output¶

• Paid students can successfully log in to FluentEdge
• Students receive Learner-only access permissions
• Admin access is restricted for students
• Access is automatically created after payment
